Prices shown are indicative per-sqm figures from public sources. Actual build costs depend on your land, region, specification choices, site conditions, consent requirements and current market pressures. Always confirm pricing directly with the builder before committing.
Where a plan is marked "Specs estimated" it means the bed/bath/sqm figures were reasonably inferred from reference imagery and public information. Confirm exact specs with the builder.
